Reset your PIN

1. Reset your pin by clicking here.

2. Enter your Student Id number (included in your Welcome or Disability Information Form Email) and click the “Send me an email” link. If you have more than one email address please note the message displayed after sending that tells you which email address the email will be sent to. The email should arrive in your inbox in a few seconds.

3. Click on the “Set Pin” link in the email.

4. You will then be directed to a web page where you can enter a new Pin. Please follow the instructions on this page.
